About Us

Thomas Cameron is the founder of Cameron Law Pty Ltd.

Cameron Law was founded in 2020. Thomas Cameron has been practicing law since 2007 and has been working with PBCs and Land Trusts since 2010.

Thomas chose to work for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nations because of his love of the outdoors, the people, the stories and the unique and complex challenges of working in the space. He also wanted the opportunity to be part of righting past wrongs.

He has a broad range of life experience outside the practise of law, including having owned and managed non-legal small businesses and worked in a wide range of industries and locations.

Thomas is a dedicated husband, father of two and advisor of many.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys working out in the gym, spending time outdoors, exploring new places and acquiring knowledge, scuba diving, reading and spending time with family and friends.

As an advisor, Thomas believes that deep, open, trusting relationships between advisors and clients are the path to unlocking the best value for both parties.

Thomas is based in Cairns, Far North Queensland.
